Secret J.J. Abrams project trailer details

As you may have heard, J.J. Abrams is working on another secret movie project. A first teaser is apparently attached to "Iron Man 2," and early reports suggested it may be for a sequel to "Cloverfield." According to Abrams himself though, that is not the case. Well, that's what he told Vulture at least.

The project is referred to as "Super 8" for now. "You have to check [out the trailer]," he told Vulture. "But it has nothing whatsoever to do with Cloverfield, despite your expert reporting." Whatever happens, Abrams knows how to be super secret about these projects. I hope the trailer will show up online as well.

THIS JUST IN: /Film posted a detailed description of what could really be the trailer. It reveals the setting is 1979. If you want to read more about it (spoiler alert!), head over there. No clue whether this is legit, but I love the Web. Where else could you find this stuff right now?

Stupid 10-second 'Eclipse' trailer preview

the Eclipse trailer is coming

This one is so ridiculous, I simply have to write about it. Summit Entertainment has released a 10-second preview of the new trailer for "The Twilight Saga: Eclipse." The full trailer will hit tomorrow morning, but Summit thought it would be a good idea to create some buzz with this short clip.

Needless to say, it sucks, primarily because it's so short. People can wait a day longer without a 10-second spot, don't worry. And to those who can't: you're nuts. Anyway, Taylor Lautner is back shirtless, and Robert Pattinson is still going all soft on Kristen Stewart. Check it out below.

'Resident Evil: Afterlife' trailer coming April 30?

It seems like the first trailer for Paul W.S. Anderson's "Resident Evil: Afterlife" will debut in theaters April 30, 2010. Actress Milla Jovovich recently tweeted that she heard the trailer will be attached to the upcoming remake of "A Nightmare on Elm Street."

"Afterlie," which follows Alice's revenge on the Umbrella Corporation, will open in 3D Sept. 10, 2010. Ali Larter and Spencer Locke are back as well, and the cast also includes Wentworth Miller, Shawn Roberts, Boris Kodjoe and Kim Coates. I will post the trailer as soon as it's up.

'Twilight Saga: Eclipse' trailer coming March 12!

Actually, it will come earlier, but Summit Entertainment today used Twitter to let fans know that the trailer for "The Twilight Saga: Eclipse" will be attached to Robert Pattinson's new film "Remember Me."

"Remember Me" will open in theaters March 12, so you can see it on the big screen then. However, Summit also announced folks will be able to see the trailer early that week. Where? That is still a mystery for now.

David Slade's "The Twilight Saga: Eclipse" will open June 30, 2010, and Kristen Stewart, Robert Pattinson and Taylor Lautner all return. Bryce Dallas Howard, Xavier Samuel and Catalina Sandino Moreno also star.

In "Eclipse," Bella is forced to choose between her love for Edward and her friendship with Jacob, knowing that her big decision has the potential to ignite the ageless struggle between vampire and werewolf.

Oh, and about "Remember Me," it shows Pattinson as a rebellious young man who has a strained relationship with his father (Pierce Brosnan) ever since tragedy separated their family.

Sneak Peek: 'Terminator Salvation' trailer

How about a teaser of a trailer? Sure, it sounds odd, but Entertainment Tonight previewed the upcoming "Terminator Salvation" trailer, which is scheduled to debut next week.

If you check out the clip after the jump, you'll see quite a bit of new footage from McG's sequel, which stars Christian Bale, Anton Yelchin and Sam Worthington.

This time around, John Connor struggles to keep the machines from completely taking over the world. I mean, what else would he be doing?

The whole thing looks a bit Michael Bayish at the moment, but that can also be a good thing. If you don't watch ET, make sure to come back here next Tuesday for more footage from "Salvation." The film hits May 22, 2009.
