Tom Hanks says 'Toy Story 4' is coming

Tom Hanks is currently circling the world to promote this weekend's release of "Larry Crowne," but some reporters are also interested in finding out whether Pixar will pull the trigger on a fourth "Toy Story" flick. Well, according to Hanks, the shot has been fired already.

In an interview with BBC News, Hanks said he thinks Pixar is already working on "Toy Story 4." "I think there will be, yeah. Yeah, yeah, think they're working on it now," he said. Is it true? Or is it just a tease because he could possibly, maybe be fed up with it? Who knows...

Either way, I sure hope Pixar is not starting to run out of glorious original ideas. They have been diving into the risky land of sequels as of late, with "Cars 2" out now, and a sequel to "Monsters, Inc." coming soon. Then again, "Toy Story 3" was filled with magic, so this may be a good idea.

Ranking all Pixar Films!

No other movie studio has had near the track record of excellence as the Northern California based Pixar. Originally founded as a digital animation house for George Lucas, Pixar made a huge splash in 1995 with the first ever computer-animated full-length feature “Toy Story.”

Since then, they have had an unprecedented run of success with 10 more films – all both critical successes and box office hits. "Finding Nemo," "Monsters, INC.," "WALL-E" and "The Incredibles" are just a few of them. You know, you've seen 'em all...

With the release of Pixar’s 12th major motion picture, “Cars 2,” I thought it might be a good time to take a look back at all the magic that Pixar has created over the years by reviewing each of the previous films and ranking them in order of (in my most humble of opinions) best to worst.

Nice! Pixar's latest animated adventure "Toy Story 3" is now officially the highest-grossing animated film ever. The 3D sequel has grossed more than $920 million, and its glorious run hasn't ended yet.

In a press release, Rich Ross, Chairman of The Walt Disney Studios, said the success of "Toy Story" is 'due to the tremendously creative and innovative team at Pixar, led by John Lasseter and Ed Catmull.'

That's quite fantastic, because the film definitely counts among the great animated films out there. One other cool announcement? "Toy Story 3" will be released on Blu-ray and DVD on November 2, 2010.
