Here is the poster for 'Rabbit Hole'

Poster for Rabbit Hole

Just received this poster for John Cameron Mitchell's upcoming drama "Rabbit Hole," and I have to admit I like it a lot. Interesting concept. The film stars Nicole Kidman and Aaron Eckhart. It opens Dec. 17, 2010.

In the flick, Becca and Howie Corbett are returning to their everyday existence in the wake of a shocking, sudden loss. Just eight months ago, they were a happy suburban family with everything they wanted.

Now, they are caught in a maze of memory, longing, guilt, recrimination, sarcasm and tightly controlled rage from which they cannot escape. While Becca finds pain in the familiar, Howie finds comfort...

Nicolas Cage and Nicole Kidman will team up on the big screen for Joel Schumacher's next action flick "Trespass." Karl Gajdusek and Eli Richbourg penned the script. Irwin Winkler is producing.

The story follows a married couple taken hostage by ruthless criminals. As Variety adds, "Complications ensue amid the unexpected discovery of betrayal and deception." Intrigued? I'm halfway there...

Nicole Kidman to play 'The Wedding Doctor'

Nicole Kidman is attached to star in "The Wedding Doctor," a comedy Relativity Media is gearing up to develop. Vulture says the plan is to market this project as a big, mainstream comedy a la "Hitch," a film that was a huge success for Will Smith.

Kidman's role is as a relationship analyst who gives couples some hot tips on how they'll survive together before they get married. After she meets her latest clients though, she kind of falls for the guy, which obviously leads to a brutal war with the fiancée.

It is indeed time for Kidman to score a hit. Recent films such as "Nine" and "Australia" failed to perform really well, and even "The Golden Compass" didn't work out that well domestically. Films like "The Invasion" didn't help in terms of box office either.

Nicole Kidman

Nicole Kidman has boarded "Just Go For It," a romantic comedy that also stars Adam Sandler and Jennifer Aniston. The project was formerly titled "Pretend Wife," and it's at Columbia. Dennis Dugan, who collaborated with Sandler before, is directing.

Written by Allan Loeb, Tim Dowling, Tim Herlihy and Sandler, the film follows a guy who asks Aniston's character to pose as his divorced wife so he can somehow win over the girl (to be played by Brooklyn Decker) of his dreams. Kidman's role is unknown.

Three new fabulous 'Nine' posters!

Earlier today I received three new movie posters for Rob Marshall's upcoming musical "Nine," and as you can see after the jump, these one-sheets are quite fabulous. The film opens nationwide Dec. 25, 2009.

In the big-screen adaptation of the Broadway show, Daniel Day-Lewis jumps into the role of Guido Contini, a high-profile director struggling to satisfy all the women in his life, including his wife and mistress.

Two of these posters are all about the women, and I admit Kate and Penelope look pretty hot. Fergie looks a tad too scary for my taste, but the rest of the gang sure boasts some solid looks, don't you think?

Wonderful new trailer for 'Nine' is vibrant

New trailer for Nine

I'm among those who absolutely adored Rob Marshall's prestigious musical "Chicago," and therefore, I'm really looking forward to his next spectacle "Nine," due in theaters everywhere Dec. 25, 2009.

A new feature trailer for the movie has debuted online, and I encourage you to check it out after the jump. No dialogue in this one, really, but instead, you're treated to great visuals and beautiful music.

In the big-screen adaptation of the Broadway show, Daniel Day-Lewis jumps into the role of Guido Contini, a high-profile director struggling to satisfy all the women in his life, including his wife and mistress.

Gwyneth Paltrow joins Kidman in 'Danish Girl'

Oscar winner Gwyneth Paltrow is set to join Nicole Kidman in "The Danish Girl," Tomas Alfredson's drama from a script by Lucinda Coxon, who adapted David Ebershoff’s novel.

Based on a true story, the film focuses on Einar and Greta Wegener, two Danish artists whose marriage drastically changed when Einar became the first postoperative transsexual.

Kidman is Einar, and Paltrow plays Greta, according to Variety. Charlize Theron ("The Burning Plain") was once attached to that role, but she dropped out.

Paltrow will soon return to play Pepper Potts in "Iron Man 2." She was also seen in "Two Lovers." Kidman will soon dance in "Nine." BTW, Alfredson directed "Let the Right One In."
