New photos from "The Hangover Part II" debut

Zach Galifianakis in The Hangover Part II

Todd Phillips's "The Hangover Part II" opens May 26 (hey, that's soon!), and Warner Bros. just released a bunch of new photos from the upcoming sequel starring Bradley Cooper, Ed Helms, Zach Galifianakis and Justin Bartha. Not too much going on there, but check them out above and right after the jump. Ken Jeong and Jamie Chung co-star.

In the sequel, Phil, Stu, Alan, and Doug jet to Thailand for Stu's wedding. All sounds good, but things quickly get out of hand. "The Hangover" was a blast, and although I am no fan of sequels these days, I admit I am looking forward to this one quite much. Enjoy!

Movie Review: "Furry Vengeance"

G.I. Joe: The Rise of Cobra

Seen on: April 30, 2010

The players: Director: Roger Kumble, Writers: Michael Carnes, Josh Gilbert, Cast: Brendan Fraser, Brooke Shields, Matt Prokop, Ken Jeong.

Facts of interest: None whatsoever.

The plot: A real estate developer gets his ass kicked by pissed-off animals when he heads to the woods to build a giant housing community.

Our thoughts: Roger Kumble’s family comedy “Furry Vengeance” will undoubtedly go down in history as one of the new decade’s worst films. In other words, “Furry Vengeance” is a big pile of big-screen crap, and even though the movie tries to send out an environmental message, all it eventually does is ruin its viewers’ brains. So, yeah, don’t take your kids to see this embarrassing failure.

Big 'Transformers 3' update from Michael Bay

Michael Bay's "Transformers 3" is scheduled for a release July 1, 2011, and that means production for the third installment in the popular series will start soon. Bay just posted a rather big update about the film on his Web site, and his announcements are pretty interesting indeed. Let's check out what he had to say:

"Transformers 3 has been going very well. We are going to shoot in LA, Chicago, Washington DC, Florida, Texas, Africa, Moscow, and China. On the talent front, we just locked in Frances McDormand and John Malkovich. Both amazing actors I've always wanted to work with. We also just got Ken Jeong..."

Okay, so far, so good. Now on to some Autobot news he shared: "We start shooting pre-shoots in about one month. I also was at a Ferrari charity event this week raising money for a hospital being built by Ferrari in Haiti. I announced that night the newest Autobot to join Transformers: the Ferrari 458 Italia."

Is 'Furry Vengeance' the worst film of 2010?

Furry Vengeance Trailer

Judging by its first trailer, Roger Kumble's upcoming comedy "Furry Vengeance" could as well be the worst film of 2010. If you think it's a tad too early to talk about worst of '10, just check out the preview below.

"Vengeance" centers on a big developer (Brendan Fraser) who's forced to battle local wildlife while building a new housing subdivision in the Oregon wilderness. Brooke Shields and Ken Jeong co-star.

As you can see in this trailer, angry animals hijack Fraser's car, stuff him into a portable toilet and pretty much ruin everything he attempts to get done on a daily basis. Plus, it all looks incredibly pathetic.

Movie Review: “All About Steve”

G.I. Joe: The Rise of Cobra

Seen on: September 1, 2009

The players: Director: Phil Traill, Writer: Kim Barker, Cast: Sandra Bullock, Thomas Haden Church, Bradley Cooper, Ken Jeong, D.J. Qualls

Facts of interest: Sandra Bullock also produced "All About Steve."

The plot: Sandra Bullock plays a woman who stalks a cameraman after she's convinced he's the love of her life.

Our thoughts: Sandra Bullock was a real charm when we saw her last in the recent romantic comedy “The Proposal,” but her character and performance in Phil Traill’s “All About Steve” really made me want to kick her. To be honest, it takes great patience to sit through this misfiring movie without literally going crazy, and that’s exactly why I strongly urge you to stay away from this one.

Brooke Shields seeks 'Furry Vengeance'

Okay, so "Lipstick Jungle" didn't exactly turn into a television phenomenon, but that won't keep Brooke Shields off the small or big screen. And honestly, why would it?

Shields is set to join Brendan Fraser, Matt Prokop and Skyler Samuels in Roger Kumble's upcoming family film "Furry Vengeance," a comedy about a developer who's forced to battle local wildlife while building a new housing subdivision in the Oregon wilderness.

Shields will plays Fraser's wife. Dick Van Dyke, Ken Jeong and Samantha Bee are also joining the project.

Besides her appearance on "Jungle," Shields also recently starred in "The Midnight Meat Train." Other credits of hers include "That '70s Show" and "Suddenly Susan."
