First footage from 'In Time' with Justin Timberlake

Andrew Niccol's new sci-fi thriller has its final title (it went from "I'm.mortal" to untitled, and finally to "In Time"), and footage from the flick premiered at Comic-Con in trailer fashion. We've also got posters, so check out all these things right after the jump.

In the future people stop aging at 25 and must work to buy themselves more time, but when a young man finds himself with more time than he can imagine he must run from the corrupt police force to save his life after being framed for murder.

Justin Timberlake plays the lead, and Amanda Seyfried plays his love interest, a chick he happens to take hostage. Cilian Murphy stars as the badass trying to hunt him down. The cast also includes Alex Pettyfer, Olivia Wilde and Johnny Galecki.

Movie Review: 'Bad Teacher'

Seen on: June 22, 2011

The players: Director: Jake Kasdan, Writers: Gene Stupnitsky, Lee Eisenberg, Cast: Cameron Diaz, Jason Segel, Justin Timberlake

Facts of interest: Bradley Cooper was considered for a role in the film.

The plot: Elizabeth Halsey is a boisterous, foul-mouthed junior high school teacher, who, upon getting dumped by her rich fiancé, begins to court another wealthy man, substitute Scott Delacorte. This ignites a feud with a fellow teacher.

Our thoughts: Full confession alert: I root for Jake Kasdan. Ever since I saw his criminally underrated film "The TV Set," I've taken an interest in his career trajectory. "Orange County" and "Walk Hard: The Dewey Cox Story," while certainly not cinematic milestones, were nonetheless solid if not unspectacular, so I always thought he had some directorial chops.

This week's new movie releases - June 24, 2011

It's time for the return of Pixar! The creators of some of cinema's greatest animated flicks are back in theaters with a sequel this weekend, while Cameron Diaz goes all bad in a new comedy written by Gene Stupnitsky and Lee Eisenberg. Let's take a closer look.

CARS 2, with the voices of Owen Wilson, Larry the Cable Guy and Michael Caine

Yes, the talking cars are indeed back for a second adventure, as Pixar's "Cars 2" aims at taking over the box office all while keeping cinemagoers energized and happy. While I am not a fan of sequels in the world of animation, I admit I keep my expectations high for this one.

Johnny Galecki boards Niccol's 'I'm.mortal'

Andrew Niccol's upcoming sci-fi flick is no longer titled "I'm.mortal," but I'll keep calling it that until it's got its new official title. The project is still casting, and Johnny Galecki is the latest to board the flick.

The movie is set in a futuristic world in which people stop aging when they hit the age of 25. Time is the most precious currency now, and the rich are immortal. Everyone else is struggling, by the way...

More specifically, the plot follows a ghetto rebel (Justin Timberlake) who is framed for murdering a rich dude and goes on the run with a hostage. They later discover love is more important than anything...

Andrew Niccol's "I'm.mortal" is still casting, but the movie has officially lost its title. It's back to untitled project, but in terms of actors, Olivia Wilde has joined Amanda Seyfried and Justin Timberlake.

Movie Review: "The Social Network"

Seen on: September 17, 2010

The players: Director: David Fincher, Writer: Aaron Sorkin, Cast: Jesse Eisenberg, Andrew Garfield, Rooney Mara, Max Minghella, Armie Hammer

Facts of interest: Based on Ben Mezrich's book.

The plot: The film takes a look at what happened when Mark Zuckerberg created Facebook.

Our thoughts: Who thought a movie about Facebook could potentially go down as the year’s best film? David Fincher and screenwriter Aaron Sorkin made it happen, and thanks to their expertise, we can head to the theater and enjoy “The Social Network,” which just happens to be one of the most entertaining cinematic experiences I’ve ever had. That would certainly make for a solid status update.

The new trailer for 'Yogi Bear'

Yogi Bear

Here's the brand-new trailer for Eric Brevig's upcoming 3D flick "Yogi Bear," and to tell you the truth, it still looks kind of weird in terms of the whole live-action/CG mix. "Yogi Bear" opens Dec. 17, 2010.

The story follows a documentary filmmaker who has an encounter with Yogi at Jellystone Park. Dan Aykroyd voices Yogi and Justin Timberlake does Boo-Boo. Anna Faris and Tom Cavanagh co-star.

Eric Brevig also helmed the 3D adventure "Journey to the Center of the Earth." I don't think the world needs a "Yogi Bear" film, but then again, this looks like it can attract youngsters looking for a cheap laugh.

Cillian Murphy to star in Andrew Niccol's 'I'm.mortal'

Cillian Murphy is working on a deal to star in Andrew Niccol's sci-fi flick "I'm.mortal." Amanda Seyfried and Justin Timberlake are already on board, and Fox and New Regency are developing the flick.

The movie is set in a world in which people stop aging when they hit the age of 25. Time is the most precious currency now, and the rich are immortal. Everyone else is struggling. Sounds intriguing, right?

First 'Yogi Bear' teaser trailer hits the web

Just yesterday we got a first look at the poster for Eric Brevig's upcoming 3D flick "Yogi Bear," and today, we're in for the first teaser trailer. The film won't open until Dec. 17, 2010, but check out the teaser.

The film is a mix of CGI and live action, and I have to admit that combination hasn't always worked that well until now. Remember those horrid "Garfield" movies? That said, let's hope they will get it right.

I'm still not convinced the the look of the CG bears, but at least it looks like "Yogi Bear" is filled with silly family fun. Dan Aykroyd voiced Yogi and Justin Timberlake does Boo-Boo. Anna Faris co-stars.
