Anna Faris, Dan Aykroyd set for 'Yogi Bear'

Anna Faris, Dan Aykroyd and Justin Timberlake are the first to join the cast of Eric Brevig's upcoming "Yogi Bear" film for Warner Bros., which is prepping the project for a December shoot.

"Bear" will be a mix of CGI and live-action, much in the same way as the recent "Alvin and the Chipmunks" and "Garfield," two films that absolutely sucked (and looked terrible). It will be shot in 3D.

Eisenberg, Timberlake sign up for 'Facebook' film

These friends are confirmed: Jesse Eisenberg, Justin Timberlake and Andrew Garfield have joined the cast of David Fincher's upcoming Facebook movie "The Social Network," which Columbia Pictures is developing.

Variety today confirmed Eisenberg will slip into the role of Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg, while Timberlake will play Napster co-founder Sean Parker. Garfield will portray Eduardo Saverin, one of the site's co-founders.

Watch Justin Timberlake in 'Open Road' trailer

Trailer for Open Road

Justin Timberlake is back on the big screen in Michael Meredith's upcoming drama "The Open Road," and a trailer for the indie flick has just popped up online. Watch it after the jump.

Timberlake plays a young man looking to reconnect with his long-lost father (Jeff Bridges) -- a famous athlete -- and bring him back to the bedside of his ailing mother (Mary Steenburgen).

"The Open Road" doesn't look like anything that will explode at the box office, but as long as it's done right, it may pull some fans. The trailer's got me interested at least.

Plus, Timberlake's proven before he's fully capable of delivering a solid big-screen performance. He really did some impressive work in "Alpha Dog." Watch for "Road" in theaters Aug. 28, 2009.
