Jonas Brothers get 'Farting Dog'
Die-hard Jonas Brothers fans rejoice! Your favorite band is coming to the big screen.
The popular boy band is set to star in “Walter the Farting Dog,” an adaptation of the popular books by William Kotzwinkle and Glenn Murray.
The Hollywood Reporter says Alec Sokolow and Joel Cohen are writing the screenplay for the family flick, with Peter and Bobby Farrelly attached to direct.
In the film, the brothers play musicians whose parents take care of a dying aunt’s farting dog. The Jonases’ young brother Frankie is also on board.
According to the trade, Frankie and the gaseous hound get involved in a plot that involves liberating a koi fish and thwarting jewel thieves.
The Jonas Brothers previously appeared on Disney’s popular program “Camp Rock.”
