Trailer radar: 'Friday the 13th'

Here's the new teaser trailer for Marcus Nispel's "Friday the 13th" remake in high-quality format. Although horror remakes often suck, this doesn't look all too horrible at this stage. It certainly looks more engaging than "My Bloody Valentine 3-D."

Check out the footage after the jump. Camp Crystal Lake's most infamous maniac returns to theaters Feb. 13, 2009. Jared Padalecki, Danielle Panabaker, Amanda Righetti, Travis Van Winkle, Aaron Yoo and Derek Mears star.

New 'Friday the 13th' still pops up online

The guys over at Bloody-Disgusting.com recently got their hands on a new still from Marcus Nispel's upcoming horror remake "Friday the 13th." In the pic above, you get a good glimpse at Derek Mears as Jason Voorhees, Camp Crystal Lake's most infamous maniac. Also starring are Jared Padalecki, Danielle Panabaker, Travis van Winkle and Aaron Yoo. The film is set to open everywhere Feb. 13, 2009.
