Watch it: International trailer for 'Burlesque'

Christina Aguilera in Burlesque

The new international trailer for "Burlesque" with Christina Aguilera has hit the Web, and you can check it out after the jump. It's flashy for sure, but it still looks like something we've seen before many times.

Ali (Christina Aguilera) is a small-town girl with a big voice who escapes hardship and an uncertain future to follow her dreams to LA, where lands a job as a cocktail waitress at The Burlesque Lounge.

Soon, Ali builds a friendship with a featured dancer (Julianne Hough), finds an enemy in a troubled, jealous performer (Kristen Bell), and garners the affection of Jack (Cam Gigandet), a bartender.

Cher also stars as the club owner. Stanley Tucci plays the manager, and Alan Cumming co-stars in the film. Steven Antin directed his own script, and "Burlesque" opens in theaters Nov. 24, 2010. Excited?

Crappy trailer for 'The Roommate' thriller

A first trailer for Christian E. Christiansen's upcoming thriller "The Roommate" is now online, and yeah, it looks like crap. Just another one of those cheap thrillers about a crazy person terrorizing someone else.

The story by Sonny Mallhi follows Sara (Minka Kelly), who starts getting scared when her new college roommate Rebecca (Leighton Meester) starts acting incredibly strange and dangerous...

Alyson Michalka and Cam Gigandet co-star, and "The Roommate" opens Feb. 4, 2011. This rather lame trailer tells me two things: this film boasts cheap scares and a story that feels like it belongs into trash can.

So-so motion poster for 'Pandorum' hits

Ben Foster in Pandorum

In case you've missed it, motion posters are the new cool thing to promote films online. They're essentially flash vidoes or other similar files that feature a moving poster. While we've seen a couple of great ones of this kind recently, I've also come across some rather lame ones.

Take the new motion poster for "Pandorum." It's cool they put the effort into making one, but to be honest, this one's getting pretty annoying after, say, three seconds. You can check it out for yourself after the jump, and let me know what you think. I'm not impressed.
