Warner Bros. might have to remove the Tyson tattoo in 'The Hangover Part II'

As you may recall, Warner Bros. is currently being sued by Missouri tattoo artist S. Victor Whitmill, who claims to own the copyright on Mike Tyson's bizarre face tattoo. He even attempted to stop the film's release, yet was denied a preliminary injunction. The film, now in theaters, has grossed more than $350 million worldwide already. However, the case is still going strong.
The Hollywood Reporter is now stating that Warner Bros. has told the Missouri judge that if the legal issues regarding the tattoo are not resolved by the film's release on DVD, the studio will digitally alter the film to substitute a different tattoo.
So if you are one of the few people on the planet who have not seen the film in theaters, you might want to check it out before it is modified. After all, this is one freaky tattoo we're talking about.
