First images of Emma Watson in ‘The Perks of Being a Wallflower’

Emma Watson is set to star in her first film that doesn’t involve a boy with a lightning-shaped scar on his forehead. After the final installment of “Harry Potter” comes out this July, Watson will be leaving behind the realm of fantasy to work on “The Perks of Being a Wallflower,” based on the beloved book by Stephen Chbosky. 

The story follows a teenage boy, played by Logan Lerman, who befriends a host of outcasts including Watson’s character Samantha. Chbosky both wrote the script while also directing the feature.  If you ask me, it doesn’t sound like he finds any perks in being a wallflower.
