The Google guys will get a movie as well

A movie about the beginning and sudden success of Facebook is not enough. No, soon we will see flick about the launch of every successful Website out there. Hey, that's fine as long as the films deliver.

Next up on the agenda: a movie about the start of Google. Yep! Deadline reports producer John Morris has acquired the rights to Ken Auletta's book "Googled: The End of the World As We Know it."

Essentially, the big-screen adaptation will focus on how Sergey Brin and Larry Page came up with the idea for a search engine that would quickly evolve into a company pulling in massive ad revenues.

Details are still sketchy, but Mike Fleming says the film will follow the lead characters as they try to stay true to their principles while at the same time dealing with the huge success of Google. More details now.
