Channing Tatum boards 'Contortionist’s Handbook'

Channing Tatum ("Dear John") has landed a new acting gig: he will be starring in the big-screen adaptation of Craig Clevenger' novel "The Contortionist’s Handbook" for Sidney Kimmel Entertainment.
Deadline unleashed the news today, saying Robin Shushan penned the screenplay. Tatum plays a forger who changes identities frequently so he won't get caught. Then he falls for a mysterious woman.
Tatum, who starred in "G.I. Joe: The Rise of Cobra," has a bunch of projects coming up, starting with "The Eagle." "The Dilemma" and "The Voew" will follow. He was also seen in "Fighting" and "Stop-Loss."
