Could 'Inception' be the best movie of 2010?

I guess we won't know for sure until the year has officially come to an end, but I firmly believe there's a chance Christopher Nolan's sci-fi mystery thriller "Inception" could go down as the best film of 2010.
'Inception" starts this Friday, and it stars Leonardo DiCaprio, Ellen Page, Joseph Gordon-Levitt, Tom Hardy, Cilian Murphy, Marion Cotillard, Ken Watanabe, Michael Caine and Pete Postlethwaite.
First, let's check in with current reviews. On metacritic, the film currently scores 77/100, which is nothing special. That said, three of the seven reviews listed gave it 100 points, which doesn't happen often.
On Rotten Tomatoes, the film currently scores 96 percent on the Tomatometer, and although that does not beat the 99 percent of "Toy Story 3," it's a good start. More and more reviews will start appearing soon.
Needless to say, reviews aren't everything. Here's another reason why "Inception" is a hot contender for best flick of '10. It's a film based on an original idea. No remake, sequel, reboot, prequel. Totally original.
Original content at this level in Hollywood is rare. Plus, Nolan is a brilliant filmmaker. He's behind the fantastically awesome "The Dark Knight," which he also co-wrote, and he knows his stuff.
Additionally, when looking at the release schedule for the rest of the year, I'm not seeing tons of movies I believe could turn out to be masterpieces. The competition for "Inception" is not that huge.
Now, I won't see the film until later tonight, but this is just a feeling. I may be totally wrong, but a lot of things do point to the fact that this is one of only a few films that could become the best of the year...

I just screened this movie last night and this is the best movie of this year so far. Great cast, great characters, with the exception of one scenery, the scenes are perfect, but it does not discredit the movie at all, and the story line is flawless. I wanted to see more and more! Just like The Dark Night, Nolan does it again. The concept of "Inception" is ingenious. Inception looks like other movies that tried that same concept of dream and reality, but he takes it to another level with vivid details. If you do not believe me, just watch the movie from beginning to end and pay attention to all the scenes because you won't want to miss anything.
i just saw this movie and its an interesting thriller that ACTUALLY MAKES YOU THINK! it has a great story with a little bit of everything. that might sound bad but INCEPTION makes it good. it has cool fight scenes , awsome story , builds up well, and has a hint of a love story thats puts a twist to the whole thing. this movie is great and would reccomend it to anyone thats thinking of seeing this movie 5out of5
p.s if you miss a few details when they try to explain what it is that theyre tring to do PAY ATTENTION every detail is crucial to the movie
