Superman will return in 'The Man of Steel'

There's been a lot of talking about a new "Superman" movie recently, and now we finally know what's up wth the flying superhero: he will be back! Warner Bros. and Legendary are developing "The Man of Steel," and as Latino Review announced, David S. Goyer may write it.

The plan is to bring the film to the screen before 2013, when the studio loses the copyright on Superman. Goyer's recent credits include "Batman Begins" and "The Dark Knight," which is great. Alas, his filmography also includes "The Unborn" and "Blade: Trinity."

What else do we know about this right now? Well, Brandon Routh, who played the man of steel in "Superman Returns," will more than likely not return, and neither will Bryan Singer, who directed the last film. I didn't particularly care much for the flick, but it wasn't a bad effort either.
