Super awesome 'Kick-Ass' red band trailer!

Ahhhhhh! Yes, that's excitement right there. Excitement for Matthew Vaughn's upcoming flick "Kick-Ass," which is definitely the film I am looking forward to most this season. A new red-band trailer for the crazy action movie is now online, and I urge you to check it out after the jump.

Okay, much of the footage in here is identical to the previous domestic trailer, but this one includes new footage and boasts a solid dose of kick-ass violence and foul language. It's a fast-paced, edgy preview, and it works on so many levels. (Check out the previous version here.)

The film follows a boring high school student (Aaron Johnson) who attempts to become a real-life superhero named Kick-Ass and inspires others to do the same. The whole thing is based on the comics by Mark Millar, and Nicolas Cage, Lyndsy Fonseca, Mark Strong and Christopher Mintz-Plasse co-star.
