Awesome! Tony Gilroy to direct fourth 'Bourne'

Tony Gilroy ("Duplicity") is not only writing the fourth "Bourne" movie, but he's also directing it. Universal Pictures is making the project a high priority, and Gilroy has been confirmed for the directing job.
Deadline says the film is currently titled "The Bourne Legacy." It's not sure Matt Damon will return as Jason Bourne, but the studio will replace him if he passes. That, of course, would suck big time...
Damon previously said he would not be back without Paul Greengrass at the helm. That said, Gilroy wrote all three previous "Bourne" films, so he's not exactly new to the franchise. We'll have to wait and see.
Gilroy also directed "Michael Clayton." His writing credits also include "State of Play," "Proof of Life," "The Devil's Advocate" and "Extreme Measures." Let's just hope Matt returns, and all is awesome...
