Nolan's third Batman film has a title!!!

Just a couple of weeks ago, I woke up and started my day asking myself the one big question: what the heck will they call the next "Batman" movie? I thought about it for a while, but I eventually gave up...

Needless to say, I was hoping they would shoot for a new title, but according to Christopher Nolan, that's not exactly the case. His third "Batman" film will be titled "The Dark Knight Rises." Okay, fair enough.

Speaking with Hero Complex, Nolan also talked about the villain. More specifically, he mentioned the villain we won't get to see in the third flick: the Riddler. Nope, not this time. It will be someone else.

Anyway, that's the Batman update for the day. Many folks out there were convinced the Riddler would show up in the film, but Nolan says no. Whatever happens, I can't wait to see "Rises" when it opens 2012.
