New 'Robin Hood' trailer totally delivers the goods
'Robin Hood' is already billed as one of 2010's most anticipated films. It sure looks awesome!
This is a good one, I promise you. A new international trailer for Ridley Scott's upcoming action adventure "Robin Hood" has showed up on the Web today, and you can check it out via the embed after the jump. It really delivers!
This preview boasts a bunch of more action and more Russell Crowe than the domestic one, and the awesome tune in the background really fits the mood. I absolutely love it. "Robin Hood" will ride to theaters May 14, 2010.
Before you enjoy it, check out the synopsis: Scott's "Robin Hood" chronicles the life of the famous expert archer, previously interested only in self-preservation, from his service in King Richard's army against the French.
Upon Richard’s death, Robin travels to Nottingham, a town suffering from the corruption of a despotic sheriff and crippling taxation, where he falls for the spirited widow Lady Marion (Cate Blanchett).
Hoping to earn the hand of Maid Marion and salvage the village, Robin assembles a gang whose lethal mercenary skills are matched only by its appetite for life. They begin preying on the indulgent upper class.
