Poster for Michael Jackson's 'This Is It'

The folks at Yahoo! Movies today launched the official poster for Sony's "This Is It," the upcoming documentary about Michael Jackson's preparations for his final concert series. Check it out in full after the jump.

The film will include scenes drawn from hours of rehearsal and behind-the-scenes footage captured in high definition as Jackson geared up for his concert series in London.

The majority of the film's footage was shot in June 2009 at the Staples Center in Los Angeles and The Forum in Inglewood, Calif. Kenny Ortega is directing the film, which opens Oct. 28, 2009, two days before the previously announced Oct. 30 date.

BTW, the Estate of Michael Jackson, administered by Jackson's longtime attorney John Branca and veteran music executive John McClain, announced their full support for "This Is It."
