Marcia Gay Harden plays 'The No Game'

Oscar winner Marcia Gay Harden and Oscar nominee Shohreh Aghdashloo are in talks to star in Sherry Horman's upcoming indie drama "The No Game," which David Abramowitz ("Highlander") and Elizabeth Fein wrote.

The story, according to the Hollywood Reporter, centers on an 18-year-old Jewish woman who discovers her biological mom is Palestinian. The girl ends up traveling to her aunt (Aghdashloo) in Brooklyn, and their relationship causes friction between her and her adoptive mother (Harden).

Harden's recent big-screen credits include the brilliant horror thriller "The Mist." She will soon star in Drew Barrymore's "Whip It." She also appeared on several "Damages" episodes.

As for Aghdashloo, her credits include "The Stoning of Soraya M.," "The House of Sand and Fog" and more recently "The Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants 2." She also starred on "24" and "House of Saddam."
