Creepy trailer for 'Paranormal Activity' hits

Do you know what's going on in your own bedroom at night while you're asleep? If not, I would sleep with one eye open. At least, the folks in "Paranormal Activity" should. Oren Peli's horror flick opens in theaters this fall, and a creepy trailer for the film has debuted online. Check it out after the jump.

After a young, middle class couple moves into what seems like a typical suburban “starter” tract house, they become increasingly disturbed by a presence that may or may not be somehow demonic but is certainly most active in the middle of the night. Especially when they sleep. Or try to.

As you can see below, this is a test audience trailer, which means footage from the film is combined with audience reactions at a test screening. Who knows if these cinemagoers were really as scared as they look, but I admit "Paranormal Activity" looks like something that could indeed be quite scary.
