Ed Harris, Emma Roberts and Amy Madigan will try to find out "What's Wrong With Virginia," a drama Oscar winner Dustin Lance Black wrote and will direct. Black, of course, is known for his fantastic "Milk" screenplay.

Variety says Harris plays a sheriff whose state senate bid is in trouble when his daughter starts dating the son of a mad woman the sheriff has had an affair with. Madigan plays the sheriff's wife, and Roberts plays his daughter.

Jennifer Connelly co-stars. Liam Neeson was originally attached to play the lead role, but Harris will replace him. Harris last wrote, directed and starred in "Appaloosa."

Roberts recently starred in "Hotel for Dogs" and she's got "Valentine's Day" coming up soon. Madigan's credots include "Grey's Anatomy" and "Carnivàle."
