Everybody hates Megan Fox, even film crews

This is not exactly intriguing film news or anything, but it is darn funny and quite entertaining. Three crew folks who worked with Michael Bay before wrote an open letter complaining about Megan Fox and how she behaved on set for the two "Transformers" flicks.
The letter comes after Fox bashed Bay recently. I guess these guys thought that was the perfect opportunity to get their frustration out as well. I don't care who Megan Fox is, really, but if she acts like this indeed, I would probably never want to work with her.
Bay, on the other hand, doesn't seem to mind that much. On his Web site, he said, "I don’t condone the crew letter to Megan. And I don’t condone Megan’s outlandish quotes. But her crazy quips are part of her crazy charm. The fact of the matter I still love working with her, and I know we still get along."
I guess he wants to keep her on board because she helps bring in a bunch of money for "Transformers" from all the folks out there who think she's the hottest chick in town. Or he just doesn't want to replace her as his personal car washer or something. Anyway, here is the letter:
This is an open letter to all Michael Bay fans. We are three crew members that have worked with Michael for the past ten years. Last week we read the terrible article with inflammatory, truly trashing quotes by the Ms. Fox about Michael Bay. This letter is to set a few things straight.
Yes, Megan has great eyes, a tight stomach we spray with glycerin, and an awful silly Marilyn Monroe tattoo plastered on her arm that we cover up to keep the moms happy.
Michael found this shy, inexperienced girl, plucked her out of total obscurity thus giving her the biggest shot of any young actresses' life. He told everyone around to just trust him on his choice. He granted her the starring role in Transformers, a franchise that forever changed her life; she became one of the most googled and oogled women on earth. She was famous! She was the next Angelina Jolie, hooray! Wait a minute, two of us worked with Angelina – second thought – she's no Angelina. You see, Angelia is a professional.
We know this quite intimately because we've had the tedious experience of working with the dumb-as-a-rock Megan Fox on both Transformers movies. We've spent a total of 12 months on set making these two movies.
We are in different departments; we can't give our names because sadly doing so in Hollywood could lead to being banished from future Paramount work. One of us touches Megan's panties, the other has the often shitty job of pulling Ms. Sour pants out of her trailer, while another is near the Panaflex camera that helps to memorialize the valley girl on film.
Megan has the press fooled. When we read those magazines we wish we worked with that woman. Megan knows how to work her smile for the press. Those writers should try being on set for two movies, sadly she never smiles. The cast, crew and director make Transformers a really fun and energetic set. We've traveled around the world together, so we have never understood why Megan was always such – the grump of the set?
When facing the press, Megan is the queen of talking trailer trash and posing like a porn star. And yes we've had the unbearable time of watching her try to act on set, and yes, it's very cringe-able. So maybe, being a porn star in the future might be a good career option. But make-up beware, she has a paragraph tattooed to her backside (probably due her rotten childhood) easily another 45 minutes in the chair!
So when the three of us caught wind of Ms Fox, pontificating yet again in some publication (like she actually has something interesting to say) blabbing her trash mouth about a director whom we three have grown to really like. She compared working with Michael, to "working with Hitler". We actually don't think she knows who Hitler is by the way. But we wondered how she doesn't realize what a disgusting, fully uneducated comment this was? Well, here let's get some facts straight.
Say what you want about Michael – yes at times he can be hard, but he's also fun, and he challenges everyone for a reason – he simply wants people to bring their 'A' game. He comes very prepared, knows exactly what he wants, involves the crew and expects everyone to follow through with his or her best, and that includes the actors. He's one of the hardest working directors out there.
He gets the best from his crews, many of whom have worked with him for 15 years. And yes, he's loyal, one of the few directors we've encountered who lowered his fee by millions to keep Transformers in the United States and California, so he could work with his own crew.
Megan says that Transformers was an unsafe set? Come on Megan, we know it is a bit more strenuous then the playground at the trailer park, but you don't insult one of the very best stunt and physical effects teams in the business! Not one person got hurt!
And who is the real Megan Fox? She is very different than the academy nominee and winning actors we've all worked around. She's as about ungracious a person as you can ever fathom. She shows little interest in the crew members around her. We work to make her look good in every way, but she's absolutely never appreciative of anyone's hard work. Never a thank you. All the crewmembers have stopped saying hi to Ms. Princess because she never says hello back. It gets tiring. Many think she just really hates the process of being an actress.
Megan has been late to the sets many times. She goes through the motions that make her exude this sense of misery. We've heard the A.D's piped over the radio that Megan won't walk from her trailer until John Turturro walks first! John's done seventy-five movies and she's made two!
Never expect Megan to attend any of the 15 or so crew parties like all the other actors have. And then there's the classless night she blew off The Royal Prince of Jordan who made a special dinner for all the actors. She doesn't know that one of the grips daughters wanted to visit their daddy's work to meet Megan, but he wouldn't let them come because he told them "she is not nice."
The press certainly doesn't know her most famous line. On our first day in Egypt, the Egyptian government wouldn't let us shoot because of a permit problem as the actors got ready in make up at the Four Seasons Hotel. Michael tried to make the best of it; he wanted to take the cast and crew on a private tour of the famous Giza pyramids. God hold us witness, Megan said, "I can't believe Michael is fucking forcing us to go to the fucking pyramids!" I guess this is the "Hitler guy" she is referring to.
So this is the Megan Fox you don't get to see. Maybe she will learn, but we figure if she can sling insults, then she can take them too. Megan really is a thankless, classless, graceless, and shall we say unfriendly bitch. It's sad how fame can twist people, and even sadder that young girls look up to her. If only they knew who they're really looking up to.
But 'Fame' is fleeting. We, being behind the scenes, seen em' come and go. Hopefully Michael will have Megatron squish her character in the first ten minutes of Transformers 3. We can tell you that will make the crew happy!

I have teenage sons and I'll say without reservation that Megan Fox is more important to the Transformers franchise than Michael Bay. Suit up Jon Favreau for the next installment and you'll probably have a better picture AND Megan Fox. She may not be Miss Congeniality but she delivers what the fans want.

I completely back the crew because they obviously know what's going on. I've hated Megan from the beginning because sure she's hot, but who gives a god damn? There are so many hot females on the planet that I could walk into Miami on a Sunday and not even try to find one ten times hotter than Megan who might actually be able to act wort a shit. I'm sorry the film crew has to put up with a no talent bitch just because horny, retarded blind to reality males in America think a hot chick makes a good movie.
Ok, for the record, I am a heterosexual American male who appreciates the female body, but I will not see the second Transformers movie, nor will I go to the third, or allow my child to view it, specifically due to this 'female'. I don't give a rats ass how hot she 'thinks' she is.
Mr. Bay, please stop using her in these movies (and anything else) There are literally thousands (if not hundreds of thousands) young women who are as pretty and probably have better attitudes that you could hire, probably for much less cash.

yeah, never been a big megan fox fan, shes hot but seriously there is nothing else there. in her defense i will say that Hitler did force the German military to invade North Africa, so shes not completely off (that was a joke by the way). in all seriousness i back the crew, nothing makes me angrier than when people who have been extremely fortunate in their life are not grateful for it. i'm not a huge Angelina Jolie fan, but at least shes doing something good with her fortune.
I agree with Troy. Fox is anything but. She's a trumped up tramp. Bay is far from my favourite director and it's his choice how he's going to deliver the action and sex appeal in his movies, but Fox is just too much. I saw his first Transformers and refuse to see any others. Did we forget that many of the official posters for Transformers 2 had Fox taking up 2/3 of the shot looking trashier than Jenna Jameson ever could?
At least we know that a movie with Fox in it will be anything but family safe and classy.

I couldn't care less about the director either, all I know is he made a rather amazing movie, on a cartoon that I grew up with. I however (at one point) dumb enough to think people were picking on her, until I had the HORRID experience of watching an interview...I now understand what happens when an amoeba takes human form...it's megan dumb-as rocks fox !

I find it the worst slander to even compare her to Angelina Jolie, that woman has class, sex appeal and one kick ass all round personality, she exudes charm and grace with a hint of femme fatal.

i knew when i first saw her that she's a bad actress. but she got the looks, so everyone with balls between their legs is going to defend her. i would love to too but i hate women who have nothing besides their looks and -sadly- the work of megan so far could have been done by any good looking woman.
I knew Megan Fox was useless when I read something about her philosophy on Marilyn Monroe and that stupid tattoo of her she has. Marilyn Monroe isn't too far off from Megan Fox. No body liked Monroe's acting, She was a hack and bad at it. She was only successful because she was hot. I think Megan Fox's only use is that she's "hot" too. She sells Transformers because we needed a hot chick in it. This article has confirmed, and reinforced my feelings over Megan Fox's complete uselessness.
To "teenage sons", I am a teenage son and let me tell you that it's neither Michael Bay or Megan Fox that's important to Transformers, it's pretty much the Transformers. There are plenty of other crappy, over-enthusiastic directors in the world, and definitely a lot more incredibly attractive ladies (who would even be easier to work with).
Megan Fox is a complete babe, and the transformers franchise ruined transformers, but atleast there is something to look at even if shes a dumb b****.

Her "dumb blonde" schtick was exactly that: a schtick that panders to stereotypical men. Just like Megan Fox & her handlers. But Marilyn made a choice to cash in on her looks. Had she chosen roles with serious acting involved, she might have been less neurotic in her later years. But Megan Fox is no Marilyn Monroe, who was known to be actually rather smart and was certainly more gracious.

like most people i don't know anything about her personally and having seen both Transformers films believe that another actress could play the role as well. i do know some actors, producers ,directors and others from the film industry and realize that the very nature of the business can do some strange things to peoples personalities. it is very possible that there is no "3 crew members" but that this "open letter" was in fact written by Michael Bay himself and credited to others in order not to irritate this young , apparently difficult actress. as i said, i know how people in the film industry operate............

I've never been a huge fan of Megan Fax, but I find this open letter a little suspicious. Were they turned down by her? Do they hate her because she came from a poor background? Many of the remarks include references to a "trailer park" or to her "trash mouth." I'm sorry, but I don't think someones "class" is anything to judge them on. By that I mean just because she says "fucking" a lot or came from an unprivileged background doesn't make me want to hate her, it makes me want to hate the people judging her because of that.
I think we need to look more critically at this letter, I've never met Megan I don't know how she is. Am I going to blindly trust the letter of a few crew members? She does seem like kind of a dunce, and if she was acting like a bitch she needs to grow up. I don't think she deserves criticism for being from a poor area or for using the "socio-lect" of that group.
I am not at all surprised. I was at comic-con this year when she came with Josh Brolin and and Jimmy Hayward for Jonah Hex, and everyone was saying yelling how how she was and so forth, all I saw really was a stuck up little girl.
I'm studying film production right now, and honestly, I would not work with someone like that who can't suck it up and actually work.
I agree to the whole Megan Fox= hot body/ no brains point of view. And one can definitely not compare this college slut to an actress of class like Angelina Jolie. But I can't believe how the authors of this letter glorify Michael Bay... I mean what film has he ever made that was any good? I mean most of his films that could be considered any good, were only 'good' because of great actors like Sean Connery (the Rock) or di Cabrio (Pearl Harbor). Overall most of his films sucked. Anyway this Michael Bay is not about quality movies, but about money- Transformers II was crap and hes seriously making a third one???!!! - that deal with Hasbro- why the fuck would anybody think that Monopoly or Cluedo could be good basis for films???

Most interesting to me are the quotes from the letter allegedly written by Mr. Bay in response to this letter. If it was, in fact, penned by himself or his representatives and quoted correctly then we may assume that the incidents recorded by the crew are true. If someone has a link to the original Bay letter or information regarding action to stop an act of libel against Ms. Fox, then i would really like to see it.

OP. I'm 26, i watched the original awesome transformers on tv. Megan is nothing more than something to look at and enhance the story of Shia's character. If she was so important it would be called "Megan" not "Transformers".
i agree...during the 2nd transformers...on the scene filmed on the carrier...she had to have her own state room because she didnt want to be around any stinky sailors...while everyone joined us in games of poker, ps3 and the cigar deck...such a stuck up little b*tch

Yeah, hate Megan Fox. I've been an Angelina Jolie fan since Hackers, and claiming that this no-talent sexpot is the next Angelina is insulting. Angelina Jolie is a talented, classy actress with concerns that extend beyond herself, not to mention that she has a list of movies she's been in that are more than just explosions, car chases, and fight scenes. I don't think I even noticed Ms Fox, I was too busy being blown away by the SFX! She does sound like the archetypal Prima Donna though. To be honest I thought most famous people were like this, you know, with the famous phrase "Do you know who I am?!?", and demanding freebies wherever they go.

I completely agree with Angelina Jolie classy? What? Anyone who pursues, successfully or not, a married man is the opposite of classy. More evidence to her being a slut than Megan Fox. Not that I'm defending MF. She sounds awful, and if these were just biased opinions from people who she 'turned down', I'm sure there would be other people who actually knew her out there defending her.
