Will 'District 9' star Sharlto Copley be Murdock in 'A-Team'?

Who knows if this is all true, but it may as well be. Blackfilm.com says "District 9" star Sharlto Copley has received an offer to star as Capt. "Howling Mad" Murdock in Joe Carnahan's upcoming "The A-Team" flick. How cool is that?
Of course, nothing has been confirmed by any official sources, and no word is out yet whether Copley accepted anything. I'm sure we will receive some details about this in the near future. The latest to join the film is Quinton 'Rampage' Jackson, who will be playing B.A. Baracus.
Also, Liam Neeson is already on board to play Col. John "Hannibal" Smith, the character portrayed by George Peppard in the original TV series. Bradley Cooper from "The Hangover" is cast as Templeton "Faceman" Peck.
Copley certainly delivered a solid performance in the hit sci-fi film "District 9," and while I think it would be very interesting to see him play Murdock, I wonder if he would be the best pick. Well, why not? It would certainly boost his career even more and introduce a fresh face to a big blockbuster.
What do you guys think about this one? Go Copley? Or stack the heck away from the "A-Team"?
