Two great posters for 'Up in the Air'
George Clooney will be taking off in Jason Reitman's upcoming film "Up in the Air," which is based on Walter Kirn’s novel of the same title. The film will land at the Toronto Film Festival and open later this fall, and here are two brand-new posters. Check them out after the jump.
The film follows a corporate downsizing expert who helps large companies fire their executives and spends most of his time flying to collect 10 million frequent-flyer miles. Vera Farmiga, Anna Kendrick, Jason Bateman, Danny McBride co-star in "Air."
The first poster below is a U.S. version (posted by /Film), and I absolutely love it. It's incredibly simple, yet elegant and somewhat intriguing. As a plane fan, I also dig the 747 they added at the right corner of the one-sheet. Nice job indeed.
The second poster is an international version (posted by In Contention), and as you can see, the only difference is the placement of the cast in front and in clear color. It's got its charm as well, but I prefer the more mysterious U.S. version. No matter what, I can't wait to book my seat and see this one take off on the big screen.
