Javier Bardem is in talks to join Julia Roberts and Richard Jenkins in Ryan Murphy's upcoming "Eat, Pray, Love," based on the memoir by Elizabeth Gilbert.
The story follows a married woman who sets out to discover herself after realizing the life she's leading is not really the life she wants.
Variety says Bardem would play Felipe, a man the lead character falls in love with. Jenkins is set to play a Texan whom she will encounter on her trip as well.
Oscar winner Bardem recently joined negotiations to star in Oliver Stone's "Wall Street 2." As for Jenkins, he's got "Waiting for Forever" and "Dear John" coming up in the near future.
I'm not necessarily the biggest Roberts fans, but with Jenkins and Bardem on board, this one starts to look a tad more interesting.
