William Hurt, Vanessa Redgrave join 'Coriolanus'

Ralph Fiennes is stepping behind the camera for his directorial debut "Coriolanus," and William Hurt, Vanessa Redgrave and Jessica Chastain will star in the big-screen adaptation of William Shakespeare's Roman tragedy. Fiennes plays the title role - a soldier spurred by his mother to run for the Roman Senate.
John Logan, the guy behind "The Last Samurai" and "The Aviator," is writing the script for the film, which is set to shoot in early 2010. Fiennes last starred in the wonderful "The Reader." He will also soon be seen in a number of interesting projects, including "Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince," "Nanny McPhee and the Big Bang" and "Clash of the Titans."
Hurt recently starred in "The Incredible Hulk" and "Damages.," while Redgrave was seen in "Atonement" and also appeared on "Nip/Tuck." Both will appear in Ridley Scott's upcoming "Robin Hood." As for Jessica Chastain, she will soon be seen in Terrence Malik's "The Tree of Life."
