Matthew McConaughey to produce 'Student'

Matthew McConaughey is set to produce and maybe even star in "Exchange Student," a comedy Mike Vukadinovich will script. According to the Hollywood Reporter, the plot focuses on two exchange students. One arrives in the U.S. while the other one leaves the continent. Furthermore, one has a great experience while the other one's journey turns into a fiasco.

McConaughey, who recently starred in the crappy "Surfer, Dude" and "Tropic Thunder," will soon be seen opposite Jennifer Garner in "Ghosts of Girlfriends Past." By the way, the trade said he would take on a nonlead role in "Student" if he decided to appear in the flick.
