Yesterday I brought you a new poster and a couple of new stills from Michael Mann's upcoming crime thriller "Public Enemies," and today I give you the film's awesome feature trailer.
As you can see below, the film looks gorgeous and totally intriguing. Yep, two minutes are enough to make my expectations jump considerably. And check out some of those fancy shots...
Set during the Depression-era's great crime wave, the story of the government's attempt to stop legendary criminals John Dillinger, Baby Face Nelson and Pretty Boy Floyd. This operation transformed the FBI into the first federal police force from the powerless agency it once was.
Johnny Depp will play John Dillinger, Christian Bale stars as Melvin Purvis, Billy Crudup plays J. Edgar Hoover and Channing Tatum is on board as Pretty Boy Floyd. Also starring are Marion Cotillard, Stephen Dorff and Giovanni Ribisi.
"Public Enemies" will debut in theaters July 1, 2009. Dang, that seems like a long wait!
