'Marley & Me,' 'Gran Torino' lead overseas b.o.

We've got two winners at the international box office this weekend: "Marley & Me" and "Gran Torino" each collected an esimated $8.8 million, tying for the top spot overseas.
Clint Eastwood's excellent "Torino" lifted its cumulative gross to $60 million, while David Frankel's dog drama brought its total gross to $61.9 million.
At No. 2, Zack Snyder's "Watchmen" picked up another $7 million for a total of $60.1 million. Following in third place was "Monsters vs. Aliens," which earned $6.9 million in two markets. The film opens in the U.S. this Friday.
Meanwhile, "Confessions of a Shopaholic" finished fourth this weekend, pulling in $4.3 million and reaching an overseas total of $37.9 million. The film only made $41.2 million domestically.
Other results from the international box office: "Paul Blart: Mall Cop" took home $3.7 million; "Dragonball Evolution" earned $3.6 million, "Bedtime Stories" brought in $2.6 million; and "The Unborn" pulled $2.5 million.
