The bad 'Dragonball' clips just keep coming...

Yesterday I posted two weak clips from James Wong's upcoming "Dragonball Evolution," and today I stumbled across five more.
And wow, do they look terrible. Whether it's the bad acting or lame special effects, these clips just stink. You can hate me as much as you want, but I'm convinced this movie will just crash and burn.
The film tells the story of an alien sent to destroy Earth, who has a change of heart and decides to join the humans in their fight against various aliens and bad guys.
"Dragonball Evolution" is adapted from the manga created by Akira Toriyama; the work was also turned into a Japanese anime series that played all over the world.
The film stars Justin Chatwin, Joon Park, Jamie Chung, Emmy Rossum and Yun-Fat Chow, among others. Scheduled release date is April 8, 2009.

Well, I hope you are smart enough to figure out that there are people out there who may want to see these clips, no matter what I think. But I guess you are not a genius.
I also post reviews of films I really despise. Should I not because I don't like them??

It's ok if you don't like the movie i mean not a whole lot of people like Watchmen neither and that stayed true to the comic book.
All I've gathered from this article is your an absolute idiot, some people actually enjoyed the clips me being one. It's idiots like you that make these dumb articles that are the most annoying people. The movie looks fine so far as I can see maybe you should give it a chance if you have any brain activity up there.
Goku, I realize you have no brain activity either I actually wrote this article this way because I wanted to see how far people would with posting offensive, childish comments. You are really my golden example, thank you. If you had brains yourself, you would acknowledge that when it comes to movies, it's ALWAYS about personal opinion. Na man actually I'm going to the marines to be quite honost I'm just sick of reading bull shit from idiots like you, people judge this movie way to much before seeing it fully. An just because it has dragonball attached to it people judge it even more harshly. The acting really was not that bad I thought it was actually humerous what did you expect from a cheesy manga an anime being brought to the big screen? I never expected this movie to be dark knight material it's going to be fun an entertaining. So I concur on my previous post by saying your an idiot thats my OPINION.
You're cracking me up, but if you're sick of reading all this, then why are you still doing it? Considering your wonderful articulation, I'd say it would probably be best for all of us if you stayed at home and played Dragonball all day.
I like how the movie looks. It has that campy japanese cinema feel to it, for example Godzilla: Final Wars. I think that's what there were going for here and a lot of of people seem to be missing the point, Dragon Ball manga/anime was campy untill Dragon Ball Z. I mean this movie is more maketed in japan so there not trying to americanize it, it supposed look this way.
After seening Watchmen i realized that it's pointless to even care what critics think, so i'm not going to even bother with the critics for this movie.
If people view it as a japanese film (which is basically made for the japanese and fans worldwide) then people could enjoy it.

Goku is Asian, Chun-Li is Asian. This movie shows how we Asians are mistreated in the West. If we don't do something they will never treat us fairly.We must boycott this movie at all cost.
I understand that some people are upset that he isn't asian in the film. Even though i consider Goku a japanese superhero, the fact is Goku (who's real name is Kakarot) was born on the planet Vegeta and was raised by an asian on Earth, givin the name Son Goku.
The effects I've seen in the clips and trailers are decent to good with a few questionable spots but nothing really bad, and a few really good ones. The acting is ok, but has a kung-fu movie feel to it most of the time, but I think that was largely intentional. Action/fight scenes seem a bit over the top, but again appear to be intentional (and given thats how the action in the original was its not surprising).
Over all it comes off cheezy. But I'm very much looking forward to this movie. Everything I've seen so far I've liked. Looks like good cheezy fun. And i hope it does well enough that they continue with the series. There is alot of potential in what could be done with the next two movies given how the series goes and I hope to get the chance to see them. And this one looks cult status-worthy to me so I'm optimistic about its success.
I do think you are being overly harsh though, but so was goku34. Like it or hate it you are free to your opinions. My wish though is that you at least give it a fair chance.
As for Son Goku, 1) as stated Goku is an alien, 2) Chi-Chi, Roshi, Gohan, Yamcha, and Mai are played by asian actors so you can't claim Bias, 3) there isn't actually an Asia IN the DB universe. Its an alternate earth with very different landmasses and environments, And 4) all Anime characters are drawn to look western anyway (with Goku being somewhat based on Superman specifically as stated by the original author, Akira Toriyama).
Also, Kristin Kreuk (who plays Chun-Li) is half Chinese.
About the lame acting i wouldnt agree they are lame.. Because neither Chatwin, Masters or Chow are bad actors.. But i do think the dialogue is not very good. About the clips, i dont think they are all bad. Actually the "attack on gohan" is vey good, the others i just want to watch them in the context of the movie. The special effects are not lame. They are very good. But if you think they are lame, then you also think Matrix special effects are also lame (Which arent), because they are very similar..By saying this clips just stink you are showing that you are just as bad as the people who think they are fantastic and the most exciting clips they have ever seen, and you are definitly not making a constructive critic. This movie actually had good critics in the world premiere.. About Goku beeing Asian.. How can an Alien be asian, white or black?? is just an alien.. he has no race, so dont say that he had to be asian in the movie... Peace
I am glad you enjoy these clips. Like I said, I never said anything about considering myself to be a constructive critic. I looked at the clips, I thought they were lame and I told it like I saw it. If anybody thinks that's enough reason to 'attack' me, I couldn't care less. After all, I knew exactly this would happen before I posted it. Come on people, ease off a bit:)
I agree i don't think the acting and dialogue are very good either but think god for the japanese dub right? But yeah non-fans are probably going to end up hating the acting in this movie but for fans they actually found the actors in character.
Emmy Rossum is a good Bulma, Joon Park is perfect for the role of Yamcha, and James Marsters is great as Piccolo. As for Justin Chatwin well i found it to be portrayal of Goku to be on and off but i still like him in the role, Jamie Chung as Chi Chi well she's just plain awful and as for Chow Yun-Fat as Master Roshi well his acting is a bit over-the-top but hey there's no way you can satisfy both critics and fans.
