Jonah Hill, Jason Schwartzman to star in 'Handbook'
Jonah Hill and Jason Schwartzman are set to star in Universal Pictures' upcoming comedy "The Adventurer's Handbook."
Hill wrote the script with Matt Spicer and Max Winkler, inspired by Mick Conefrey's book.
In the film, according to Variety, "a quartet of pals go on a global adventure, inspired by the hardcore stories of explorers whose tales are chronicled in Conefrey's book."
Akiva Schaffer, whose credits include "Hot Rod" and several episodes of "Saturday Night Life," is in talks to direct the project.
Hill was last seen in "Forgetting Sarah Marshall." He's got plenty of projects coming up, including "Funny People" and "Night at the Museum: Battle of the Smithsonian."
As for Schwartzman, he will soon be seen in "The Marc Pease Experience." He's also part of the voice cast of Wes Anderson's animated flick "Fantastic Mr. Fox."
