Official 'Inglourious Basterds' teaser trailer is here!

Now it's finally online: the official teaser trailer for Quentin Tarantino's upcoming WWII drama "Inglourious Basterds."

You can check out the preview after the jump. I admit I already enjoyed most of this promising footage, although I am not quite sure about Brad Pitt's acting at this point.

Okay, a teaser trailer is certainly not long enough to properly analyze and judge, but something about Pitt's performance here doesn't look right. Who knows, maybe it's just me.

Anyway, "Basterds" follows a group of Jewish-American soliders who are sent to brutally kill every Nazi they come across.

Brad Pitt, Eli Roth, Mike Myers, Michael Fassbender, B.J. Novak, Diane Kruger, Til Schweiger, Christoph Waltz, Raul Rust, Samuel L. Jackson and Maggie Cheung star.

Look for plenty of blood and killings of Nazis in theaters Aug. 21, 2009.
