Michael Bay talks 'Transformers 2'

The folks at Collider got the chance to chat with Michael Bay Monday at the premiere of Marcus Nispel's "Friday the 13th."

Bay didn't talk about the horror remake, but he had plenty of stuff to say about his upcoming sequel "Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen," due in theaters June 26, 2009.

You can check out the video interview here, but if you rather want a quick summary of what he had to say, here it is:

The film is currently 2 hours and 20 minutes long, but Bay said he's still working on it. Also, three scenes have been shot in IMAX.

Bay also talks about how he got to shoot in Egypt, what he likes about the movie (apparently, the robots have more personality, and the movie will be a lot darker), and whether he's in for a third film.

And that's it. Who's excited about this sequel? Share your thougts below.
