Isla Fisher bags two projects at Universal

The charming Isla Fisher is pretty much set to play the lead roles in two upcoming comedies developed by Universal Pictures. She recently celebrated her lead role debut in "Confessions of a Shopaholic."
Variety says Fisher is in talks to star in "Life Coach," which follows a woman seeking the help from a life coach whose own life is totally messed up. Liz Cackowski and Maggie Carey are writing the script.
Fisher is also attached to appear in an untitled romantic comedy based on a French script called "Un Jour mes princes viendront" (One Day My Princes Will Come). Plot details for this one are kept under wraps.
Fisher has come a long way recently, and I always enjoy watching her on the big screen, even though I was utterly disappointed by "Shopaholic." That said, she was wonderful in "Definitely, Maybe."
Her hilarious performance in "Wedding Crashers" was really her catapult to fame, and recent roles of hers also include "I Heart Huckabees," "Hot Rod" and "The Lookout." Go Isla!
