The three-minute feature trailer for James Cameron's upcoming 3D spectacle "Avatar" has finally landed online, and you can check it out after the jump. And guess what, this one finally won me over.
I'm especially glad to hear more dialogue in this one, and it seems like the story is a little more complex than the first teaser made it out to be. Finally, it's good to see more characters in action as well.
"Avatar" takes us to a spectacular new world beyond our imagination, where a reluctant hero embarks on a journey of redemption, discovery and unexpected love, as he leads a heroic battle to save a civilization.
Sam Worthington, Sigourney Weaver, Michelle Rodriguez and Zoe Saldana star. "Avatar" debuts in theaters Dec. 18, 2009. I've also added the international trailer for the film, but it's almost identical to the domestic one.
So, how about you guys? Do you like this new trailer, and does it beat your expectations? Please share your thoughts on this one below. And keep it a clean discussion.

Thanks Frank finally the trailer has arrived and it looks fucking insane only James Cameron can pull this kind of a movie. It will be a hell of ride in 3d that's for sure .Thanks for posting the feature too you are great man.
This movie will make it's mark .I think all these years we have been hearing about how good it is now it's good to finally see a epic trailer.Looks like James Cameron wants to back with a bang. You kind added kind of spoiler alert in feature but it's greats to see so many good and powerfull actors in it.I was happy to see some of the Avatar Day footage being added in.

Just saw it om imdb site check it out.
I think trailer's can absolutely ruin the actual movie itself. This is one film that I'm really looking forward to and I hope that whomever cut this trailer (that will inevitably be played before a flick between now and the 18th) didn't put too much of the film itself in it.
The trailer makes it pretty clear what you will be served up in the cinema. Therefore, if you don't like the look, don't go and see it.
For those of us who like the look, then we'll either be dissappointed or blown away. Either way, I want to see this movie on the big screen.
As long as Avatar is better than G.I. Joe I'll be happy - if you keep your standards low you'll be more likely to enjoy the movie
