Already pre-ordered your 'Twilight' DVD?

Twilighters, have you already secured a copy of the upcoming "Twilight" DVD? As you may have heard already, the film will be released March 21, 2009.

Summit has prepared an edition with plenty of special features, including an audio commentary by Catherine Hardwicke, Kristen Stewart, and Robert Pattinson, three music videos, five extended scenes and five deleted scenes.

Also included are a seven-part documentary, Comic-Con footage and trailers. The feature film is presented in a 2.40:1 anamorphic widescreen presentation.

Domestically, "Twilight" has grossed $181 million, and I strongly believe DVD sales will bring in plenty more money. Also, Summit decided to release the DVD on a Saturday, which is an usual move.

I am surprised that they did not include a topical documentary on the cult of teenage vampires which is a real phenomenon across the country. Maybe they'll save it for the 3 disc edition.
