Peter Laird reponds to 'TMNT' rumors

Now that several rumors about a new live-action "Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles" movie have been circling the Web for a couple of weeks, it's time to check in with the Turtles' co-creator and owner of the property Peter Laird and see what he has to say about it.

In a recent interview with MTV, Laird said most of the rumors that started with a post by co-creator Kevin Eastman were inaccurate: "As it stands now, there is no intention of doing another live-action film like the first three, with actors and stuntmen in actual Turtle suits, contrary to what was said by Kevin."

Rush over to MTV's Splash Page to read what else Laird had to say.
