Nicholas Cage talks 'Ghost Rider 2'
Thursday, September 4, 2008 at 7:43PM | By
Franck Tabouring MTV News recently caught up with Nicholas Cage, who chatted a bit about the possible sequel to Mark Steven Johnson's "Ghost Rider." Whether a sequel will be heading our way hasn't been all officially announced, but Cage says he strongly believes they'll shoot one.
Apparently, the follow-up could follow Ghost Rider all the way to Europe. “It looks like it will take place in Europe and the character will work with the [Catholic] Church. It’ll be a completely new experience. It’s exciting,” Cage told MTV.
Seriously, do we really need "Ghost Rider 2"? I pretty much hated the first film and hoped they wouldn't even consider a sequel, but you can't always win, right? Feel free to share your thoughts on this below.

I actually enjoyed the first one. I thought it was well executed, and was very entertaining, and really delivered on several occasions on the "coolness" factor of GR.
With the costs of creating GR himself, I understand that that can cut into the action abit. This was origin, I'm sure 2 will be even better!
Yawn.
I actually think that the idea of making a second movie is a great idea. I really enjoyed the first movie and the special fx they used in the movie were awesome! I think a second movie is a great idea and I hope they make another one.
