Johansson and McConaughey in a heist flick?

Michael Caine is at it again. Just a few weeks after he talked about the possibility of Johnny Depp and Philip Seymour Hoffman showing up in the sequel to “The Dark Knight” (a rumor that turned out to be false), the actor is now talking about who may star in one of his upcoming projects.

“Then I’ll probably do a film with Scarlett Johansson. I forget what it’s called. It’s an adventure film. I was told yesterday that they have Matthew McConaughey as the guy. I’ve got go home and read it again. It’s a heist adventure film,” Caine told MTV.

As long as we don’t have a confirmation from McConaughey’s and Johansson’s camps, this of course, is just a rumor. I personally hope it’s not true, because I have great difficulties imagining these two together in a heist flick.

Whatever happens, Caine will always be a great actor. It’s kind of funny that he’s been spending some tie throwing casting rumors out there. Maybe he’s just having a little fun.
