Mark Millar talks ‘War Heroes’ movie

Mark Millar, the man behind “Wanted” and “Kick-Ass,” is currently working to get his latest comic book series onto the big screen.

“War Heroes,” which Millar created with Tony Harris, is set in the future in which the military uses soldiers with superhuman powers.

On his Web site, Millar said plans to develop a movie based on the series are moving forward.

“The good news? Pretty much all the big guys in town are going in for this and things should really start moving in the next couple of days,” he wrote.

He went on, “Tony and I had a dream director in mind for the project and, weirdly, he was the first email, suggesting he directs if his production company gets their hands on the material.”

You can read more from Millar over at his forum.

This sounded to me like the new episodes of the Heroes show on air right now. But still we have to see before decide on anything. It is very popular right now, series of hero shows on TV especially, i am looking forward to see this one from Mark Millar. Especially Wanted was really cool movie.
