D.J. Caruso discusses 'Eagle Eye'

Today I stumbled across a pretty interesting interview with director D.J. Caruso over at Movieweb. It's a great piece if you want to find out what he has to say about his upcoming film "Eagle Eye," which stars Shia LaBeouf, Michelle Monaghan and Billy Bob Thornton. He does also briefly speak about some of his future projects.

Here's a snippet from what Caruso thinks about the film's pacing:

"Oh, it does keep going but the editing process was more about letting the movie slow down a bit so we could get with the characters and get with the story because every roller-coaster has those up moments where you're going, 'Oh shit. How high is this thing going?' and then it goes downhill. I will say, and I mean this in a good way, it's a pretty exhausting movie."

If you're curious and would like to read more, follow this link right here. "Eagle Eye" hits Sept. 26, 2008.
