Short takes: 'Facebook' movie on the way

• Aaron Sorkin is gearing up to write a script based on the birth and evolution of Facebook, with Scott Rudin producing for Columbia, according to Variety.

• Ron Livingston has signed on to star in Raul Shanchez Inglis' indie comedy "The Company Men," about a businessman struggling to save a company (Variety).

• According to Ananova (via Joblo), Dannii Minogue has joined the cast of "Vauxhall Crossed," in which she plays an MI6 agent.

• Director Alex Proyas chats about "Dracula: Year One" over at MTV.
