Josh Holloway has signed on to star in Mark and Michael Polish’s upcoming comedy “Stay Cool,” according to The Hollywood Reporter. Winona Ryder, Mark Polish, Sean Astin, Chevy Chase and Hilary Duff have already joined the cast.
Written by Mark and Michael Polish, whose credits include “The Astronaut Farmer,” the film centers on a successful author (Polish) who must face one of his high school crushes (Ryder) when he travels back home to deliver a commencement address.
Holloway will star as one of Ryder’s ex-boyfriends. The actor is most famous for playing Sawyer on TV’s “Lost.”
