Ridley Scott talks sci-fi, ‘Nottingham’

ridleyscottinterview.jpgYou may hate him or you may love him, but I think it’s safe to say Ridley Scott has directed a few legendary movies during his exciting career. And trust me, it’s not over yet. On the contrary, Scott is quite busy producing and directing.

Eclipse Magazine caught up with the “American Gangster” director, asking him about his role on TV’s “The Andromeda Strain,” his plans to direct the Cormac McCarthy adaptation “Blood Meridian” and his take on his upcoming Robin Hood movie.

My Scott favorites? “Alien” and “Blade Runner” for sure, but I also truly enjoyed “Thelma & Louise” and “Matchstick Men.” And yeah, “Hannibal” and “A Good Year” sucked.
