Will Smith wants ‘Bad Boys 3’ like, yesterday!

Rumors about a third “Bad Boys” flick surfaced over a year ago, but Will Smith really seems to be interested in launching the project as soon as possible.

German movie Web site Filmstarts.de reported Smith had a little backstage chat with director Michael Bay at the 2008 MTV Movie Awards Sunday, telling him they really need to make that third flick.

Smith apparently said he recently watched “Bad Boys II” with his son and couldn’t think of a better way to open a movie.

More “Bad Boys” action? Count me in. Although I didn’t fall in love with the silly sequel, I definitely enjoyed Will Smith and Martin Lawrence kicking butt on the big screen again.

Bring it on Michael Bay! It’s time to deliver an even more expensive chase sequence.
