The Screening Log is looking for help!
If you have a strong passion for movies and would like to share it with our audience, join our team! The Screening Log is currently looking for motivated news writers, reviewers and podcast hosts.
If your English is solid enough and you feel you can express your thoughts on anything movie-related clearly enough, drop us a mail right here.
Here’s what we are currently looking for: NEWS WRITERS, REVIEWERS, COLUMNISTS, PODCAST PARTNERS.
TO APPLY: For reviewers, please pick a recent movie you've seen and write a review about it. Make it minimum 380 words, please. For news writers, go ahead and track down three or four recent movie news on the Web and give us your versions of it, with possibly a quick commentary. Don't forget to list the source! Send all of it to editor AT screeninglog DOT com.
IMPORTANT NOTES (Please Read Before Applying):
- At this stage, we are unfortunately unable to pay our contributors for their work. However, getting your work published is a great opportunity to gain experience and promote your writing style. Plus, for folks living in the Los Angeles and San Francisco Bay areas, you will get access to press screenings and be able to participate in interviews with filmmakers/actors.
- Please contact us for one of the position above ONLY if you feel you can commit to this for a while and if you're serious about it. We had several good people contact us, but they never really responded back! If you think you won't be able to help us out on a weekly (for reviews) or daily (for news) basis, please do not apply.
Thanks for your interest in making The Screening Log even better! We are looking forward to meeting you!
