Much like J.J. Abrams, Chris Carter is a dab hand at keeping plot details or entire projects completely under wraps. According to The Hollywood Reporter, the “X-Files” creator is currently working on a semiautobiographical drama titled “Fencewalker.”

Although almost nothing is known about the plot, the film is starring Natalie Dormer, Katie Cassidy and Xzibit, among others. Shooting is rumored to be under way around Los Angeles and Carter’s hometown of Bellflower.

Apparently, “Fencewalker” is Carter’s dream project, for which he raised the financing himself.

Carter’s latest directorial effort “The X-Files: I Want to Believe” opens July 25, 2008. Over the past months, he’s been doing a great job at not revealing anything that could give away the film’s plot.
