Jack Black interviewed at Moviehole

Be honest: don’t you think Jack Black is funny? Okay, maybe he doesn’t provoke huge laughs in every one of his flicks, but most of the time, his energy and enthusiasm are quite simply irresistible.

Moviehole’s Paul Fischer recently talked to the actor about “Kung Fu Panda,” in which Black voices a lazy, fat panda who must learn the basics of kung fu in order to fulfill an ancient prophecy.

Here’s what Black told Moviehole about playing (voicing) animals:

“I'd like to be a winged creature, like an eagle. Although I kind of was an eagle in Nacho Libre. I had the eagle powers so maybe next I'd like to be a cheetah. That's always been my favorite animal because of his speed. The fastest of all creatures.”
