Angelina Jolie is pretty busy these days, and I sometimes wonder how she deals with all her stuff everyday. Sure, she’s got Brad on her side most of the time, but being an actress, mother and a human rights advocate definitely requires some strong nerves. In just two weeks, Jolie returns to the big screen in the action-loaded thriller “Wanted,” in which she plays a ruthless assassin alongside James McAvoy. Then later this year, she can be seen in Clint Eastwood’s drama “Changeling,” which received incredibly positive reviews at its premiere in Cannes last month.
Entertainment Weekly got a chance to sit down with Jolie and talk about all the stuff that’s currently dominating her life. I highly recommend this interview in case you want to find out what she has to say about her career and private life.
Here’s an excerpt from the EW interview about why she decided to join the cast of “Wanted”:
"I was in between A Mighty Heart and Changeling, which were two very, very emotionally difficult films to do. And my mom had passed away in that year. And I'd had a baby. So everything in me was just feeling very fragile. And so, knowing myself, I thought, what I need to do most is get up and get focused and get aggressive and get out of myself a little bit.”You can read the entire interview at EW.com right here.
